We are looking for a dedicated and professional Personal Assistant to support the CEO with daily tasks and ensure efficient functioning of the CEO's office.
Responsibilities:

Manage CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings

Arrange travel and accommodation plans

Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence

Handle confidential information with discretion

Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders

Organize events and meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items

Assist with personal errands and tasks when required
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Minimum 2 years experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

Flexible and willing to work outside normal hours when required
