Personal Assistant to CEO / Social Media Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

* Manage and oversee all social media accounts to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

* Plan, create, and schedule content aligned with the company's branding and marketing strategy.

* Monitor trends, audience engagement, and analytics to optimize performance.

* Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

* Coordinate with designers, editors, and marketing teams for content creation.

* Represent the CEO by pitching their profile to potential business partners and stakeholders.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, collaborators, and brands.

* Approach and secure paid collaborations and partnership opportunities.

* Assist in expanding business opportunities and brand presence.

* Responsible for capturing high-quality behind-the-scenes (BTS) content using an iPhone and editing.⁠

⁠Personal Assistant to CEO

* Manage the CEO's daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.

* Handle correspondence including emails, calls, and follow-ups.

* Assist with administrative and clerical tasks such as documentation and bookkeeping.

* Coordinate logistics for shoots, events, and meetings.

* Run errands and provide on-ground support when required.

* Travel coordination including bookings, itineraries, and scheduling.

* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and business matters.

* Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting briefs for the CEO.

* Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.

* Act as a bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Salary & Benefits

* Salary: AED 4,500 + Commission

* Commission: Based on business generated, brand collaborations, and partnerships secured.

Pay: AED4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
