Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, appointments, and events; manage daily agenda.

Communication Handling: Screen and respond to calls, emails, and messages; liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, documents, presentations, and take minutes when required.
Travel Management: Organize domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries.

Document & File Management: Draft letters, reports, and presentations; maintain confidential records.
Task & Project Follow-Up: Track tasks assigned by the CEO and ensure timely completion.Administrative Support: Handle expense reports, invoices, and general office tasks.

Personal Assistance (if required): Manage personal appointments, errands, and related arrangements.
Skills & Qualifications

3+ years supporting senior executives (CEO support preferred).
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Ability to work under pressure and handle shifting priorities.
Personal Attributes
Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Professional, discreet, and trustworthy.
Strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
Able to anticipate needs and act independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
