Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Chairman. The role involves supporting the Chairman in day-to-day tasks, managing schedules, coordinating appointments, making travel arrangements, and handling confidential correspondence. Additional responsibilities may include preparing reports, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely follow-up on essential tasks and projects.


Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills for managing schedules, meetings, and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for correspondence and professional interactions.
  • Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience of 1 to 2 years in executive or personal assistant role.
  • Bachelor's degree
