Looking for a personal right hand — managing the full spectrum of the Co-Founder’s day-to-day life so he can focus entirely on building the company.
About the Job:

Lifestyle management: schedule appointments, meetings and lunches - both businessand personal

Operational follow-through

Coordinate health and wellness routines

Manage wardrobe

Coordinating family logistics

Manage household operations across multiple properties

Research and hire vendors (cleaning, furnishing, meal preparation, and maintenance)

Handle recurring deliveries and run errands

Be the point of contact for property managers and service providers.

Coordinate travel
About You:
-
Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a high-net-worth individual, founder, or executive
-
BA/BS from a college or university
-
Comfortable navigating apps, managing documents, coordinating across platforms, and picking up new tools

Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Excel)

Conversational proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, or Urdu a plus

Interest in fitness and wellness a plus

High level of discretion and understanding of confidentiality
