Job Description

We are hiring a Personal Assistant (PA) to the Director to provide administrative and travel support. The role requires 100% travel within India and close coordination with the Director during tours, meetings, and site visits. Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director’s daily schedule, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Travel with the Director across India and provide complete assistance during travel
  • Support in travel coordination and itinerary tracking
  • Be available and willing to travel at any time as per the Director’s schedule
  • Assist the Director during meetings, site visits, and client interactions
  • Draft and manage emails, basic reports, and documentation using basic computer tools
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients
  • Maintain files, records, and confidential information
  • Handle day-to-day personal and official tasks as assigned

Who Should Apply

  • Any graduate (Freshers & experienced candidates both welcome)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
  • Willingness to learn and take responsibility
  • Organized, disciplined, and professional attitude
