We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
  • Organize travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Maintain files and records (digital and physical)
  • Run personal and professional errands as needed
  • Act as a point of contact between the executive and stakeholders
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • High level of discretion and professionalism

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Required)
