Personal Assistant to Shareholder
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to a Shareholder of our company. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, discretion, and the capacity to manage both professional and personal matters with efficiency and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Shareholder and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage all incoming communications including calls, emails, and correspondence with appropriate prioritization and routing
- Coordinate complex calendars across professional and personal commitments, ensuring optimal time management
- Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and provide timely reminders
- Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
- Provide personal support including scheduling medical appointments and managing personal errands as needed
- Attend meetings (on-site & off-site) and prepare accurate notes and action items when required
- Oversee office supplies inventory and identify cost-effective procurement solutions
- Maintain efficient filing systems and documentation protocols
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience supporting management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities with proven ability to handle competing priorities
- Professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information in a business-casual environment
- Adaptability and comfort with evolving technology platforms and tools
- Composure and professionalism under pressure
- Pleasant Phone Skills
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing household or personal affairs for executives
- Experience with MS360
- NetSuite or accounting skills a plus+
- LMS skills a plus+
- Microsoft Software skills a plus+

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
