Role Overview
As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will work in close partnership with the CEO, ensuring his day-to-day activities run smoothly. You will be the central point of coordination, enabling the CEO to focus on high-level strategic initiatives while you manage the details, communications, and operational rhythm of his work life.
This is a role for someone who thrives in high-performance environments, handles confidential matters with absolute discretion, and can operate with autonomy, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
· Project Assistance: Support the CEO with ongoing internal initiatives, team coordination, and communications across departments.
· Delegation & Gatekeeping: Act as a strategic gatekeeper, ensuring only high-priority matters reach the CEO’s attention and delegating tasks where appropriate.
· Time Optimization: Proactively find ways to reduce distractions, streamline processes, and enhance the CEO’s productivity.
