TaTe Diamonds is a luxury fine jewelry boutique located in downtown Buckhead. We are currently seeking a high-level professional to lead our administrative backbone to be the personal assistant to our CEO.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Office Manager who will also serve as the Personal Assistant to the CEO. This dual role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations while ensuring the CEO’s professional and personal requirements are met with absolute efficiency and discretion.

Responsibilities

  • CEO & Executive Support:

1. Coordinate and synchronize the CEO's personal and professional schedules across global time zones.

2. Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate high-level meetings.

3. Arrange domestic and international travel, including lodging and private transport.

4. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and handle all matters with professional discretion.

  • Office Operations & Facilities:

1. Act as the primary point person for maintenance, building requests, and mail/shipping services.

2. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure standardized operations.

3. Manage budgets and procurement for office supplies, equipment, and hospitality.

4. Greet visitors and coordinate with various vendors and service providers.

  • Financial & HR Coordination:

1. Handle and maintain accurate attendance and leave records.

2. Communicate with the Bookkeeper to ensure timely monthly financial reporting and filings and Payroll support.

3. Assist with the development of training and professional development for staff.

Requirements

  • Verifiable experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Manager for senior executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4-year degree.
  • Proven experience in office management and high-level administrative support.
  • Strong background in budgeting principles and human resources practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and other administrative software.
  • Ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
