Role Summary


We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to support a senior entrepreneur operating across multiple international markets. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role requiring sound judgement, discretion, and a consistently high standard of written and verbal communication.


The successful candidate will be highly organised, quietly proactive, and able to manage competing priorities with confidence. This role suits someone who takes pride in anticipating needs, closing loops, and ensuring seamless execution .



Key Responsibilities


Executive Support & Coordination

•Provide day-to-day support to the Principal across business and personal matters

•Attend meetings as required, producing clear, structured notes with actions, owners, and timelines

•Track all follow-ups arising from meetings and ensure timely completion

•Maintain oversight of ongoing matters, proactively highlighting risks or delays


Diary, Communication & Correspondence

•Manage a complex diary across multiple time zones

•Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence to a high standard

•Ensure prompt and appropriate follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders

•Act as a gatekeeper, prioritising communications effectively


Organisation & Planning

•Coordinate travel, meetings, and logistics as required

•Track important dates including birthdays, anniversaries, and key events globally

•Assist with the organisation of business and personal events

•Maintain orderly systems for documents, contacts, and information


Reporting & Administration

•Build and maintain Excel trackers for tasks, follow-ups, contacts, and priorities

•Ensure accurate record-keeping and version control

•Handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality



Skills & Experience Required

Outstanding written and spoken English , with strong drafting capability

•Proven experience supporting senior executives, founders, or principals

•Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

•High level of attention to detail and organisational ability

•Confident managing multiple work streams simultaneously

•Strong follow ups for tasks closure is an important quality

•Active in Sports and understands team cohesiveness

Working Style


This is not a rigid 9–5 position. The role requires flexibility and responsiveness in line with the Principal’s commitments, balanced with professional boundaries and mutual respect. The Role is between UK and Dubai majorly with other countries as necessary.
