Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director with administrative, marketing, and operational tasks
  • Manage calendars and organise meetings & appointments
  • Maintain team morale by organizing wellness and team-building activities
  • Serve as the go-to person for staff welfare and culture initiatives
  • Book transport and arrange events
  • Send reminders for important tasks and deadlines
  • Maintain databases and filing systems
  • Scan, email, track, and submit documents as needed
  • Collate and manage expenses
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or higher qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media tools
  • No prior experience required - training provided
