Personal Assistant/Caregiver/Community Inclusion

This job involves assisting a wonderful young man with autism, who lives at home with his family in Lutz. The position focuses on inclusion in the community, daily home chores, daily living activities, swimming, bike riding, Busch Gardens, with his daily exercise routine, the beach, reading, running errands, and personal care needs. Reliable transportation to get to work is a must. A vehicle is on site for use while at work. A good driving record is important. Hours are currently full or part time. Each shift is usually 8-10 hours. Usually within the 10:30 am-7:30 pm timeframe. Prior experience with autism or intellectual disabilities is preferred. at least 1 weekend day needed. Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
