  • Provide comprehensive personal and executive administrative support, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and email correspondence.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including transportation bookings and itinerary planning for executives or team members.
  • Serve as a professional driver for executives or team members, ensuring safe and timely transportation to meetings, events, or appointments.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination for corporate or social events, handling logistics such as venue selection, vendor communication, and on-site management.
  • Support marketing efforts by assisting with content creation, social media updates, email campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Handle office management tasks such as filing, data entry, bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
  • Perform clerical duties including proofreading documents, transcription of audio files, managing multi-line phone systems, and maintaining organized filing systems.
  • Utilize office software tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive), and Microsoft Outlook Calendar to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Conduct customer service interactions with professionalism via phone or in person while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
  • Support project coordination efforts by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and ensuring timely completion of tasks using tools like DocuSign for document signing. Skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or administrative professional with strong office management capabilities.
  • Excellent driving skills with a valid driver’s license; previous experience as a driver is preferred.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record keeping; familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.
  • Strong event planning abilities from concept to execution; detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
  • Advanced computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and multi-line phone systems.
  • Effective communication skills with polished phone etiquette and professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while demonstrating high integrity.
  • Experience with transcription services, proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
  • Familiarity with project coordination tools and techniques to ensure seamless workflow across multiple tasks.
