Compass Credit Union is looking for a motivated Personal Banker I (Retail Banking / Credit Union) to help members with their financial needs while building strong relationships and providing excellent service. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for team members who want to grow with us.

What You’ll Do:

• Help members open and manage checking, savings, and money market accounts
• Build strong relationships with new and existing members
• Answer questions, solve problems, and assist with more complex member needs
• Identify opportunities to recommend credit union products and services
• Work closely with teller staff to support referrals and member solutions
• Help the branch meet service and sales goals while providing excellent member experiences
• Follow all credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Protect member information and maintain accurate records

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Required)
• Consumer Lending: 1 year (Required)
• Financial Institution: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• Bilingual (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
