We’re seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Personal Banker at our Kennebunk branch!

As a Personal Banker, you’ll build meaningful relationships with new and existing customers—listening, advising, and connecting them with financial solutions that truly fit their lives.

You’ll be a visible, trusted presence both in the branch and out in the community, confidently introducing customers to a full range of banking services, including consumer and home equity lending.

Along the way, you’ll support daily branch operations, handle transactions, and help resolve customer needs with professionalism, warmth, and a problem-solving mindset.

This is a people-first role for someone who thrives on connection.

What We're Looking For:

• 3 – 5 years of experience in banking with previous involvement in consumer lending
• High school diploma required with post high school education, certification and/or college degree preferred, or commensurate work experience
• Superior knowledge of Bank products and services
• Strong interpersonal skills including but not limited to being a good listener with an acute ability to remain pro-active and decisive
• Top-notch written and oral communication skills
• Exceptional internal and external customer service with demonstrated relationship-building skills
• Proven successes with maintaining, developing and expanding customer relationships
• Fluency in Microsoft Suite with a preferred aptitude in Integrated Teller and CRM software
• Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
• Self-motivated and driven with exemplary engagement
• Willingness to accept direction/instruction and work well within a team of professionals

Working Conditions:

Physical surroundings are generally pleasant and comfortable with minimal exposure to injury or other hazards.
