Job summary

The Personal Brand Partnerships and Visibility Manager will be responsible for strategically positioning the founder’s personal brand for high-impact visibility, authority, and influence across media, industry platforms, and strategic partnerships. This role focuses on building the founder’s public profile and influence through brand collaborations, media features, podcast appearances, speaking engagements, strategic partnerships, and award recognitions.

Responsibilities:

Personal Brand Positioning & Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a personal brand growth strategy to position the founder as a thought leader in global education, career advancement, and international mobility.
  • Identify platforms, communities, and partnerships that align with the founder’s expertise and influence goals.
  • Shape strategic collaborations that enhance visibility, authority, and market reach.

Brand Partnerships & Strategic Collaborations:

  • Identify and secure partnerships with brands, organizations, educational institutions, and professional platforms aligned with the founder’s brand.
  • Build relationships with brands, agencies, influencers, and strategic partners to create collaboration opportunities.
  • Negotiate sponsorships, partnership deals, and joint initiatives that expand brand reach and revenue opportunities.


Media, PR & Visibility Opportunities:

  • Pitch and secure media placements, podcast interviews, guest articles, and press features for the founder.
  • Build relationships with journalists, media houses, podcast hosts, and digital publications.
  • Identify opportunities for industry recognition, awards, and thought leadership contributions.


Speaking & Event Opportunities:

  • Identify and secure speaking engagements, panel discussions, conferences, and industry events.
  • Develop a pipeline of relevant events and opportunities aligned with the founder’s expertise.
  • Coordinate outreach to event organizers, conference curators, and professional associations.


Influencer & Creator Collaborations:

  • Identify strategic collaborations with content creators, industry influencers, and professional communities.
  • Build partnerships that expand audience reach and strengthen the founder’s brand authority.
  • Manage influencer collaborations that align with the brand narrative and messaging.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Brand Partnerships, PR, Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, or Strategic Collaborations
  • Strong personal brand development and positioning skills
  • Experience in brand partnerships, PR, or influencer collaborations
  • Excellent pitching, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
  • Strong media outreach and networking capabilities
  • Ability to identify high-value opportunities that drive visibility and influence
  • Strong research and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities
  • Proven track record of securing brand partnerships, sponsorships, or media placements
  • Experience working with public figures, founders, influencers, or executive brands is a strong advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
