Personal Care Aide/ Med Tech

Provide compassionate care and support to residents in a personal care home. Assist with daily living, administer medications, and help residents live their best lives. Paid training, shift differentials, and benefits available.

Pay:

$17/hour plus paid training

Full Time for Evening Shift Thursday-Saturday and Monday 2p-11p. (10 hour shifts)

Overnight shifts earn an additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 11:00PM and 8:00AM.

Summary:

Join our Enhanced Personal Care Home team as a Direct Support Professional/ Med Tech. Provide daily support, medication administration, and transportation for residents while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, remain with each resident until taken, and document accurately.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Transport residents to appointments in company vehicles.
• Maintain clean and safe living space.
• Record and document all necessary care information.

Requirements:

• 21 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in long-term care, mental health, or related field preferred
• PA Criminal History Clearance upon hire
• Valid PA driver's license with clean driving record

Shift: Overnights

Experience preferred:

Caregiving 1 year
