Personal Care Aide with Transportation

Specific Case Requirements:

Patient is an older gentleman in his sixties who needs general home maintenance assistance, needs assistance getting to and from his appointments, as well as someone to assist him with grocery shopping once a week. He does not need assistance changing, bathing or with other personal hygiene tasks and is mainly looking for anothr set of hands as he works on maintaining his health. Hours for this case are 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.

Case is very entry level and mostly requires companionship, adherence to routine, and supervision.

Caregiver Qualifications

• Previous social care experience or other relevant experience in long term care, geriatric, or assisted living settings preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work independently with little to no supervision
• Commitment to health and safety
