Job Title: Personal Care Aide / Med Tech (Full-Time) – Evening & Overnight Shifts

Job Description:

New Brighton Personal Care Home is currently seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team! We are hiring for the following full-time positions:

• Personal Care Aide / Med Tech (Certification a Plus) Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Swing Shift)
• Personal Care Aide Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Overnight Shift)

Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care in a supportive, home-like environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions
• Administer medications (for Med Tech role, if certified)
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Follow all facility policies and state regulations

Qualifications:

• Personal Care Aide experience preferred
• Med Tech certification is a plus (for 3–11 PM shift)
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
