Personal Care Assistant

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team in Belleville, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility and transportation as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Perform light housekeeping duties including meal preparation and cleaning.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to supervisors.
• Follow all care plans and maintain confidentiality according to company policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in personal care or related fields is an asset.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and team members.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Passion for helping others and providing quality care.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
