About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and active caregiver to support a an active client who enjoys activities like trips to the YMCA, scooter rides, parks, movies, and video games. The role involves weekend support and occasional weekday assistance.

Client Details:

Personality: Sweet, kind, easily overstimulated; enjoys engaging activities

Environment: Clean, smoke-free home (no pets)

Responsibilities:

Provide constant supervision and companionship

Support with daily living tasks: bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, restroom assistance

Encourage active engagement (YMCA visits, park outings, etc.) while ensuring safety

Light housekeeping tasks

Transportation for short trips

Support with decompression time (use of headphones, calm environment)

Requirements:

Caring, patient personality — active and with a sense of humor preferred

Reliable and attentive to elopement risk

Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record

Open to candidates of any race or nationality

Schedule:

Weekend support needed

Potential for minimal weekday assistance
