Personal Care Assistant(PA)

Overview

Job Details:

Provide daily personal care and support to the client while respecting their individual needs, routines, and preferences.

Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and support during meals.

Support the client with hydration, communication, and participation in daily routines or leisure activities.

Accompany the client to medical appointments and assist with related arrangements when required.

Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment at all times.

Build and maintain a respectful, positive, and professional relationship with the client and their family members.

Monitor the client’s physical and emotional condition and report any changes or concerns in a timely manner.

Carry out all daily responsibilities with patience, care, and professionalism.

Encourage and support the client in maintaining independence as much as possible.

Assist with basic household coordination tasks when needed to support daily routine flow.

Job Experience Requirements

Previous experience in personal care, caregiving, or home support will be considered an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a caring approach.

Good time management and organizational abilities.

Responsible, patient, empathetic, and understanding personality.

Ability to work independently and handle situations calmly and effectively.

Basic awareness of safety and hygiene standards in personal care environments.
