Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and support staff to coordinate personalized care services.
• Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and treatment plans while maintaining accurate records in the medical management system.
• Assist patients with understanding their care options, insurance processes, and necessary documentation.
• Manage medical office administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Collaborate with medical teams to facilitate patient flow and address scheduling conflicts efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with healthcare privacy regulations.
• Support the implementation of care plans by providing detailed instructions and follow-up support to patients.

Skills

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN PERSONAL CARE SERVICE OR MEDICAID WAIVER PROGRAMS.

Must be willing to assist in marketing events, creative promotions to assist with growth

• Prior experience working in a medical office setting with familiarity in medical office procedures.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology to accurately interpret and communicate health information.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional medical administrative support, including scheduling, data management, and patient communication.
• Office experience demonstrating organizational skills and proficiency with office software tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse patient populations empathetically and professionally.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of healthcare privacy laws and confidentiality standards is highly desirable. Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
