Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Med Techs/Residential Aides to join our team. As a Residential Aide, you will provide essential care and support to residents in a residential setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors and individuals in need of assistance.

Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents

- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals (with certification)

- Monitor and document changes in residents' physical and mental health

- Ensure residents' safety and well-being at all times

- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents

- Adhere to resident rights and promote independence and dignity

Experience:

- Previous experience in senior care or caregiving is preferred

- Knowledge of resident rights and regulations governing residential facilities

- Familiarity with social work principles and practices

- Ability to lift and transfer residents safely

- Basic knowledge of first aid procedures

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
