Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a variety of vehicles to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Provide courteous, attentive customer service to owners of the company
• Manage daily schedules by coordinating appointments, meetings, and personal errands with efficiency and discretion.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections, perform basic mechanical checks, and coordinate vehicle maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist with light personal tasks such as luggage handling, package deliveries, or organizing travel arrangements as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs of trips, vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance records for accountability and reporting purposes.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety protocols while demonstrating excellent driving skills in various conditions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in personal chauffeur roles
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor.
• Ability to navigate efficiently using GPS systems and local knowledge of routes.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Physical ability to assist with luggage or packages; comfortable working in various weather conditions.
