Rebecca’s Learning Center is a small learning center rooted in love, respect, responsibility, and strong moral values. We take great pride in providing a nurturing, structured, and professional environment where children, families, and staff feel safe, supported, and valued.
We are seeking serious, dependable, and safety-minded individuals for both educational roles and a personal assistant/support role. These positions are not casual jobs and require commitment, professionalism, and reliability.

AVAILABLE POSITION : Personal Assistant, Child Care Assistant & Dog Caregiver
These positions are ideal for individuals who are:

Positions are leadership roles requiring confidence, organization, authority, and the ability to manage.
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday & Saturday/Sunday (For the Dogs, and Maintence or Home Sitting)
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS (TEACHING POSITIONS)
Applicants must:
- Demonstrate a positive disposition and a genuine love for children
- Dress professionally and maintain good personal hygiene
- Be dependable, punctual, and reliable
- Have reliable transportation
- Not be afraid to drive places, take care of the dogs, walking, dealing with people.
- Show sound judgment of character and reputation (including social media)
- Maintain high energy levels
- Be able to stand for long periods
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Have experience working with young children & dogs.
Education Requirements

Assistant TEACHER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but not limited to:
- Ensuring the safety, education, and care of every child
- Implementing developmentally appropriate lessons and activities
- Supervising and actively engaging in indoor and outdoor play
- Assisting with children’s personal needs (diapering, dressing, meals, cleanup)
- Observing and documenting developmental progress
- Communicating respectfully and professionally with families and staff
- Maintaining an exceptionally clean, safe, and organized environment
- Daily housekeeping duties including cleaning classrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen areas
Personal Assistant RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but not limited to:
(May be appropriate for a serious high school student age 16+ or young adult)
This role supports the Owner with home, office, dog care, errands, and occasional daycare assistance. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring maturity, responsibility, and the ability to multitask.
Basic Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have your own vehicle
- Must live locally (areas listed above)
- Must be available Monday–Friday with weekends open for the dogs, and make up work, and/or house sitting.
- Weekend availability limited to dog walking/care only
- Must complete:
- Fingerprinting/background clearance
- Physical exam & TB test
- Mileap Courses for the Children.
Job Responsibilities
Household & Office Support
- Cleaning, organizing, and housekeeping
- Filing, copying, labeling, receipts, phone calls
Dog Care (Two Huskies)
- Walking up to 3+ miles per day
- Feeding, brushing, cleaning, cleaning up dog waste daily and general care
- Vet appointments and dog park trips
Errands
- Grocery shopping and supply runs
- Must use your own transportation
Daycare Assistance (When Needed)
- Supporting children and staff under supervision
- Training will be provided
Parent Assistance (When needed)
Help with taking things to my parents and/or run errands, possibly helping them as my mother has dementia.
Do NOT Apply If

- You do not like cleaning, organizing, dog care, walking, or being outdoors
- You are heavily involved in after-school sports or activities
