Personal Child Care Development- Bilingual Early Intervention/ABA Teacher

About Us:
PCCD provides early intervention services using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Special Instruction (SI) to children diagnosed with developmental delays or autism spectrum disorder in the NYC region. We believe in family-centered practice, bilingual service, and culturally responsive care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-to-one and small group ABA/SI sessions for children ages 0-3, in home, daycare or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed in collaboration with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) / early intervention supervisors.
• Collect and graph behavioral and instructional data; monitor child progress toward IFSP goals.
• Communicate regularly with families in Spanish and English: provide updates, training, and parent coaching.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (therapists, early childhood educators, families).
• Maintain documentation of sessions, progress notes, and required state/agency forms.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and supervision sessions.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Student's with disabilities certification.
• Certification or eligibility as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred
• Previous experience working with young children (0-3) with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, or in early intervention programs is preferred.
• Strong data-collection, documentation and communication skills.
• Valid New York State driver’s license and reliable transportation (for home-visits) may be required depending on setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed by families.
