Personal Client Relationship Manager / Office Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Personal Client Relationship Manager / Office Assistant to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping create a welcoming environment for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Call and follow up with clients to schedule appointments Manage and update the office calendar and clients accounts Welcome clients and provide excellent customer service Give office tours to new or potential clients Assist with general office organization and administrative tasks Maintain a clean and professional office environment through light cleaning duties Answer phones, respond to messages, and assist with client questions Support day-to-day office operations as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and people skills Friendly, professional, and positive attitude Comfortable speaking on the phone Organized and detail-oriented Reliable and punctual Basic computer and scheduling skills preferred Customer service experience is a plus

Position Details

  • Part-time position Approximately 15–20 hours per week Pay starts at $15–$25 per hour based on experience Flexible scheduling may be available Training provided
