Personal Concierge — Freelance

Adovaa is a Dubai-based services company. We are hiring

freelance personal concierges to support our clients

across the UAE.

The Role:

As a freelance personal concierge with Adovaa, you will

support clients with day-to-day tasks that require a

polished, professional companion. Typical assignments

include:

- Accompanying clients to shopping, appointments, and meetings

- Assisting with errands and personal arrangements

- Supporting clients during hospital visits or check-ups

- Helping clients navigate Dubai (malls, government offices, attractions)

- Acting as a trusted point of contact during their day

You will receive booking requests through your Adovaa

dashboard and accept assignments that fit your availability.

Payment is per booking, with weekly payouts every Friday.

This is a freelance role with flexible scheduling based on

client bookings.

Who We're Looking For:

You'll be a strong fit if you have a background in:

- Hotel guest relations or front office

- Personal assistant or executive support

- Hospitality or VIP host roles

- Customer service or client-facing work

Required:

- Excellent spoken English (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, or French a plus)

- UAE residency with valid Emirates ID

- Smartphone with reliable data

- Professional presentation, communication, and discretion

Preferred:

- 2+ years in a guest-facing role

- Familiarity with Dubai and Abu Dhabi

- Own transport (helpful but not required)
