About the Role

We are hiring a Personal Executive to work closely with senior leadership / founder-level executives and support both professional and operational responsibilities.

This role goes beyond calendar management. You will act as a trusted execution partner, handling coordination, follow-ups, documentation, and day-to-day task management so leadership can focus on strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities Executive & Operational Support

  • Manage daily schedules, meetings, and task priorities for senior leadership
  • Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups across teams
  • Assist in planning and coordination of business activities

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a communication bridge between leadership and internal teams
  • Handle emails, messages, and calls professionally
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders when required

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare basic reports, summaries, and presentations
  • Maintain organized records, documents, and confidential files
  • Support meeting preparation and post-meeting notes

Trust, Discretion & Ownership

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve small operational issues
  • Ensure smooth execution of daily tasks without constant supervision

Skills & Requirements Must-Have

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Executive, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Clear verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace
  • High level of professionalism, discipline, and discretion

Good-to-Have

  • Experience working in start ups or fast-paced environments
  • Ability to manage changing priorities calmly
  • Basic understanding of business operations
  • Comfort working directly with senior leadership
