About the Role
We are hiring a Personal Executive to work closely with senior leadership / founder-level executives and support both professional and operational responsibilities.
This role goes beyond calendar management. You will act as a trusted execution partner, handling coordination, follow-ups, documentation, and day-to-day task management so leadership can focus on strategy and growth.
Key Responsibilities Executive & Operational Support
- Manage daily schedules, meetings, and task priorities for senior leadership
- Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups across teams
- Assist in planning and coordination of business activities
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a communication bridge between leadership and internal teams
- Handle emails, messages, and calls professionally
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders when required
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare basic reports, summaries, and presentations
- Maintain organized records, documents, and confidential files
- Support meeting preparation and post-meeting notes
Trust, Discretion & Ownership
- Handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve small operational issues
- Ensure smooth execution of daily tasks without constant supervision
Skills & Requirements Must-Have
- 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Executive, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace
- High level of professionalism, discipline, and discretion
Good-to-Have
- Experience working in start ups or fast-paced environments
- Ability to manage changing priorities calmly
- Basic understanding of business operations
- Comfort working directly with senior leadership
