Overview
The Personal Fitness Trainer (EMS Specialist) is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and personalized EMS-based training programs. This role focuses on client assessment, program design, performance monitoring, client motivation, and compliance with health and safety standards. The trainer plays a key role in client retention, transformation outcomes, and overall service quality.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Personal Trainer Certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, REPs, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Candidates with strong hands on experience in personal training or EMS based training will be considered.
- Solid understanding of fitness and training principles, including functional training methods, EMS training systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and engage clients effectively.
- Capability to design and adapt training programs based on client needs.
- Professional attitude with a strong service, safety, and ethics mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
