Job description:

A well established Personal Injury law firm is seeking an assistant case manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service and be willing to provide our clients with top notch service. We are looking for hardworking individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Filing insurance claims;
  • Sending legal correspondence to insurance companies, medical providers and employers;
  • Requesting medical records and billing;
  • Preparing demand packages;
  • Communicating with insurance carriers and medical providers.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of Customer Service experience;
  • Proficiency with working Microsoft Word and Adobe;
  • Ability to work independently with organizational skills.

Pay will be determined based on your skills and experience.
