Responsibilities

• In the role of a Case Manager Assistant, you will be essential in assisting our Case Managers to diligently build our clients' cases, guaranteeing they receive the rightful maximum settlement they deserve
• Obtain police reports and medical records
• Open claims with insurance companies, health insurance subrogation departments, as well as Medi-Cal/Medicare
• Confirm balances with healthcare providers
• Organize files for the purpose of sending demands
• Bring a collaborative and optimistic mindset to our Irvine office, promoting a team-oriented environment
