Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney

Job Summary
We are seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join our prestigious law firm. Our ideal candidate will be able to handle several diverse cases at a time and will be well-versed in all types of personal injury cases as well as having trial experience and demonstrate proficiency in legal research and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research to support personal injury cases.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including personal injury law and relevant regulations.
• Experienced in slip and fall accidents; Federal Court experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
