Personal Injury Attorney

Bhatt Law Group, a law firm based in Jersey City, is seeking an ambitious and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. The attorney will handle a variety of Personal Injury cases. Responsibilities include advocating for clients, working closely with paralegals and legal assistants, and managing cases from intake to resolution.

This position will require you to work from our office in Jersey City (not remote/hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional representation to clients in a variety of personal injury matters (auto accidents, slip and fall, etc.).
• Manage a staff of paralegals/case managers assigned to your cases
• Engage in client consultations
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, etc.
• Efficiently manage a caseload of varying complexity while ensuring deadlines are met and clients are informed of the progress.
• Oversee cases from inception through resolution

Qualifications:

• JD degree and admission to the New Jersey State Bar.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
