Personal Injury Attorney: Uncapped Earnings, Full Suite Of Resources To Support You

Location: Louisville or Lexington, KY | Full-Time | On-Site

Compensation: Minimum $125,000, with uncapped earning potential

Added Handling Bonus Structure: In addition to a base salary, attorneys receive an uncapped handling bonus for each case. These are paid without delay once the case is fully closed (all funds distributed, liens resolved, no funds in escrow, client funds and attorney fees paid). Attorneys also receive a generous 47.5% split for cases they originate. Indiana-licensed attorneys receive an added handling bonus on Indiana cases.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 80–120 personal injury cases with speed, independence, and a relentless results-driven focus
• Develop case game plans, lead case strategy, build adjuster reserves, handle negotiations, and quarterback all phases of litigation on cases where you file suit.
• Develop (with assistance) and maintain a suite of reports and dashboards within CRM that allow you to identify and manage your cases and team
• Deliver world-class client service with clear, frequent communication; every touchpoint should have a positive impact on clients
• Collaborate tightly with your case team and leverage firm resources for optimal case outcomes
• Originate your own cases for a high handling bonus, or work firm-generated cases for competitive splits

Requirements:

• Must be licensed in Kentucky for at least 3 years. Do not apply if not currently Kentucky-licensed with the required experience. If you're hungry and do not yet have the required experience, reach out when you hit that benchmark.
• Minimum 3 years’ PI practice or 5 years’ insurance defense experience
• Structured, organized, and high-performing: able to work independently while supporting a collaborative, client-focused culture
• Ability to manage a "business within a business"

Compensation and Benefits:
