We are seeking an experienced personal injury attorney who can handle a variety of cases in our personal injury, workers compensation and criminal department for our Richmond Virginia location.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have litigation experience in personal injury (workers compensation is a plus)
• Criminal defense experience a plus
• Must be knowledgeable and experienced with the plaintiff side and familiar with the rules and processes of the jurisdictions the firm covers.
• Must be proficient with handling a high volumes of cases
• Must be an active member and in good standing with the Virginia bar.
• Experience with trials preferred.
• Must have a proven ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Must have excellent attention to detail, stellar organization skills and the ability to not only communicate well but to fully grasp real-life implications that these cases have on our clients.
• Spanish a plus but not required
