What You’ll Do

• Champion Real People: Represent clients in personal injury cases—car accidents, slip-and-falls, not defending corporate giants. You’ll be the hero bringing relief to someone’s life, not the lawyer they dodge at parties.
• Work Your Charm: Use your killer negotiation and people skills to nail settlements and soothe clients with a soft touch. Part diplomat, part dealmaker, all heart.
• Lead Lightly: Guide a small team of paralegals and staff with your natural charisma. Think “inspiring teammate,” not “overbearing boss.”

What You Bring

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing (NV preferred, CA’s cool too).
• Plaintiff personal injury experience is a big plus, but if you’ve got passion and skills, we’ll show you the ropes.
• Top-notch client service and communication skills—empathy, wit, and a knack for making people feel heard.
• Attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment.
