A well-established plaintiff personal injury firm in Jacksonville is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join its growing team. The firm provides a strong support system with experienced case managers, paralegals, and intake staff so attorneys can focus on client advocacy, negotiation, and litigation strategy. Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of pre-litigation auto accident cases
• Draft demands, negotiate settlements, and assist with case strategy
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery as cases progress
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and hearings with senior attorney oversight
• Receive hands-on training and mentorship with a clear path to trial work

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in Florida and in good standing
• 1-3 years of plaintiff personal injury experience (auto accident focus preferred)
• Strong communication, writing, and negotiation skills
• Organized, proactive, and eager to develop trial and litigation experience
