  • Client Interaction: Provide updates, gather valuable case information, explaining legal processes and potential outcomes in clear and understandable terms.
  • Settlement Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with opposing counsel, insurance companies, and other parties to secure favorable settlements for clients.
  • Documentation: Prepare and review necessary documents, including demand letters and settlement proposals, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the pre-litigation and litigation teams to ensure smooth transitions of cases to the litigation phase when necessary.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to ethical standards and legal regulations throughout all interactions and processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensing: Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas, with a strong understanding of personal injury law.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law, focused on motor vehicle accident (MVA) and commercial vehicle accident (CVA) cases, with plaintiff or defense expertise.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
