Overview

Mold Case Consulting works with hundreds of clients nationwide every week who are suffering health problems due to toxic mold exposure. Many of these individuals already have evidence of mold contamination and related medical impacts, while others are in the process of building their cases.

We are seeking experienced Personal Injury attorneys with a background in toxic tort, environmental law, who have active practices and are eager to represent clients in mold-related litigation. Mold Case Consulting never charges for referrals. Currently we have numerous clients in need of personal injury/landlord tenant representation, who all have been qualified via sampling and our detailed intake process. Our role is to connect qualified clients with skilled attorneys while ensuring they have access to the testing, inspections, and expert documentation needed for successful outcomes.

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed attorney in U.S. (multi-state licensure a plus).
• Personal Injury experience with toxic mold, environmental exposure, or related toxic tort cases.
• Comfortable working with expert witnesses, consultants, and medical documentation.
• Strong communication skills and empathy when working with clients in urgent or distressed situations.

How It Works

• Mold Case Consulting receives inquiries from individuals suffering mold-related illness.
• If they request legal representation, we connect them directly with attorneys in our referral network.
• You evaluate the case and decide if it’s a fit for your firm.
• For clients needing further evidence, we coordinate with you and our funding partner to secure inspections, reports, and medical documentation.

Compensation

• Standard attorney-client fee agreements apply directly between you and the client.
• Mold Case Consulting does not charge referral fees.
