Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling personal injury cases, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload while providing compassionate client support. This role involves coordinating all aspects of case management, from intake through pre-litigation, and ensuring that clients receive timely updates and quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury clients from start to resolution.
- Conduct client interviews and maintain regular communication to gather updates and provide case status.
- Collect, review, and organize medical records, bills, and other supporting documentation.
- Draft correspondence, demand letters, and settlement packages.
- Coordinate medical treatment for clients and monitor progress.
- Track case deadlines, statutes, and important milestones to ensure compliance.
- Assist attorneys with case preparation, including discovery and trial support if necessary.
- Maintain accurate records in the firm’s case management system (e.g., Filevine, Needles, or similar).
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to achieve successful case outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in personal injury case management or legal support (plaintiff-side preferred).
- Knowledge of personal injury processes, medical terminology, and insurance claims handling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency with legal case management software (Filevine experience preferred but not required).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
