Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling personal injury cases, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload while providing compassionate client support. This role involves coordinating all aspects of case management, from intake through pre-litigation, and ensuring that clients receive timely updates and quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury clients from start to resolution.
  • Conduct client interviews and maintain regular communication to gather updates and provide case status.
  • Collect, review, and organize medical records, bills, and other supporting documentation.
  • Draft correspondence, demand letters, and settlement packages.
  • Coordinate medical treatment for clients and monitor progress.
  • Track case deadlines, statutes, and important milestones to ensure compliance.
  • Assist attorneys with case preparation, including discovery and trial support if necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records in the firm’s case management system (e.g., Filevine, Needles, or similar).
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to achieve successful case outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in personal injury case management or legal support (plaintiff-side preferred).
  • Knowledge of personal injury processes, medical terminology, and insurance claims handling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency with legal case management software (Filevine experience preferred but not required).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
