Personal Injury Case Manager

1. Personal Injury Case Manager in a growing law firm. Great pay and full benefits package. No specific education is required but prior experience is a plus.

2. You must have a pleasing and friendly voice and have an outgoing and pleasant personality. You must make our clients feel important (each client must be treated as if they are the most important client we have, because they are) You will never have a day off from this requirement even when you feel horrible!

3. You must use good manners at all times with clients, doctors offices, insurance adjusters and your fellow employees.

4. You must be able to type reasonably well, great spelling and grammar skills.

5. You will have to open new files, correspond with clients on a regular basis, correspond with insurance companies and medical providers to include ordering medical records and monitor when those records come in and follow up when those records do not come in timely. You will have to be comfortable reading medical records. (we do not expect you to be a doctor, but you must know how to look at a medical record and tell if a client is injured).

6. You must know how to use a computer and have the ability to learn and efficiently use new programs.

7. You must be a "self starter" and work diligently and complete your work correctly, efficiently and in a timely manner.

8. You do not have to speak or write Spanish, but it is a HUGE plus if you can!!

9. Prior experience in a law firm is not required but is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
