Personal Injury Case Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Case Manager to join our growing personal injury team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with extensive experience managing complex, high-value pre-litigation cases. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to handle a large caseload efficiently, and the drive to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
• Maintain frequent communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
• Review and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare comprehensive demand packages and assist attorneys in case evaluation.
• Monitor treatment progress to ensure timely completion and maximize case value.
• Draft correspondence, settlement demands, and other pre-litigation documentation.
• Maintain accurate case notes, calendars, and deadlines in the case management system.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys to ensure cases are prepared for negotiation or litigation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in personal injury case management (pre-litigation required; litigation experience preferred).
• Proven ability to handle a high-volume caseload of complex injury matters.
• In-depth understanding of medical terminology, liability evaluation, and settlement procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic client approach.
• Proficiency in Filevine, Lead Docket, or similar legal CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
