Personal Injury Case Manager

Responsibilities:

- Manage a caseload of clients and provide case management services

- Coordinate and collaborate with medical treatment providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients

- Collect medical liens from Medical / Medicare

- Obtain and maintain accurate up-to-date client medical records and documentation

Skills:

- Strong analytical skills to gather information and maintain client files

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and medical treatment providers.

- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and document management

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines

- Familiarity with document management systems for organizing and retrieving case-related information

- Strong organizational skills to maintain files and records in an orderly manner

- Professional phone etiquette when interacting with clients and other professionals
