Personal Injury Case Manager

Duties
As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the various aspects of legal cases alongside the attorney. Your duties will include:

- Talking with clients, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather information

-Communication with medical professionals about client's care
- Working with attorney on cases to manage the case (case load 45-65)
- Utilizing legal case management software (Smart Advocate)

Skills

-Must have personal injury experience (Bilingual preferred)/ at least 1 year of personal injury experience
-Excellent communication and customer service skills

-Empathy and compassion towards clients

-Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced law firm
- Excellent attitude, no drama, willingness to work together-team player
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases simultaneously

Based in San Diego, remote/hybrid work with some meetings/days in office, but mostly work from home.
