We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Personal Injury Case Manager to join our dynamic legal team. Duties

  • Coordinate and manage personal injury cases by gathering necessary documentation, including medical records, accident reports, and insurance information.
  • Conduct thorough client interviews to obtain case details and update case status regularly.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, settlement agreements, and correspondence with clients and third parties.
  • Review and analyze incoming documents for accuracy, relevance, and completeness; proofread all legal writings meticulously.
  • Maintain organized files through filing systems, data entry, and document review processes while adhering to confidentiality standards.
  • Provide executive administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling phone etiquette professionally.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
