Personal Injury Case Manager

What You’ll Do

• Manage personal injury cases during the pre-litigation phase
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide regular updates
• Coordinate and monitor client medical treatment
• Communicate with medical providers to obtain records and billing
• Work with insurance adjusters regarding claims, coverage, and settlement discussions
• Review and organize medical documentation for demand packages
• Explain insurance coverage, medical treatment, and property damage issues to clients
• Maintain organized case files and track deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in personal injury pre-litigation case management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused mindset

PAY: COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $40.00 per hour
