Personal Injury Case Manager

<Job Summary>
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our dynamic legal team. In this vital role, you will support attorneys across a diverse range of practice areas including immigration law, personal injury and workers' compensation law. Your expertise will help streamline legal processes, manage case files, conduct research, and prepare essential legal documents. <Duties>

  • Assist attorneys with case management by organizing and maintaining legal files.
  • Communicate effectively with staff to support case loads.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies.
  • Draft, review, proofread, and finalize legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence with precision and attention to detail.
  • Perform document review and data entry tasks to ensure accuracy in legal case management systems.
  • Support litigation processes by preparing trial exhibits, summarizing depositions, and managing document review workflows.
  • Conduct interviews with clients or witnesses as directed by attorneys to gather relevant information for cases.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, handling phone etiquette professionally, and providing executive administrative support when needed.

  • Strong understanding of various legal practice areas including immigration law, personal injury and workers' compensation law.
  • Ability to provide clients with excellent customer service.
  • Proven experience with legal research tools such as FileVine and understanding extensive Pipelines .
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence with clarity and professionalism.
  • Attention to detail for proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy in all work products.
  • Effective interviewing skills for gathering pertinent case information from clients or witnesses.
  • Strong clerical experience including filing, data entry, document review, transcription, and general administrative support.
